Learned a Great Deal

Good Course. I learned a great deal about how a scrum team should operate. I see the efficiency the methodology offers to a team working together to achieve goals. Openness and self organization works, and works very well. Our team proved out the point the scrum master role can be shared or even shared at times. Of course in reality only one person would be appointed.
Suggested improvements:
More room. Many project managers attend this course, so even though it is out of scope, a section on how the PM interacts with the scrum team would be beneficial.
