Good intro to Scrum, interesting ways to think high level on how to bring Agile to your organization.
Suggested improvements:
A section that is devoted to people who have never been exposed to Scrum. Like 1-2 hours in addition to the reading. Sometimes off topic tangents derailed discussions.
