Enlightening and enriching experience that included the right amounts of humor, anecdotal examples, practical knowledge and group activities. Dan makes you feel wonderfully involved and is very patient with questions. It was a truly rewarding experience.
Suggested improvements:
1. Introduce a little more audio-visual content that emphasizes the concepts.
2. Use a little more non-military examples for those who may not have had the relevant background.
