Expected more relevancy
More structure to the course
Still confused about what done means. Same with sizing.
Less stories about outside topics would be better.
Spend more time on actual Scrum Master stuff. Final exercises were good. Still don't feel I know how to be a Scrum Master.
Excellent abundant information - hands-on training was very challenging, but in the end, very instructive.
Appreciated availability and enthusiasm of Jan Beaver
Perhaps semantics warning would be great. Helpful for us word centric folks.
Great job facilitating and doing very good time management (As a facilitator myself I know it isn't easy). The course exercises NASA and game building were amazing. It was a great way to learn the material.
Maybe a little on the difference between project management and CSM. In companies I've worked with, they do not have clear definitions and they're afraid to get rid of the PM title...and people choose the aspects of Scrum they want...
Good coverage of topics encompassed in Scrum.
Liked the training exercise.
Feel like lots of info and examples were covered in the class.
Jan was positive and energetic and kept us engaged.
Like the materials given - they make me feel prepared for the test.
Wish there was more time in the class for Q&A - and we had a smallish class, is it possible to cover historical context more quickly?
The class was both engaging and challenging. I liked that it was hands-on with just enough lecture time. Instructor (Jan) was very patient answering all questions, managed class time well.
Maybe some additional materials for game building (though what was provided was pretty good)
The course was a good combination of "lecture" and "practice". But, it would be helpful to also discuss how to transition an organization to Scrum when teams aren't used to Scrum.
Ensuring all materials are available the first day, including PDF homework to keep resources together.
