Good class but a little overwhelming for 2 days.

Doug was very good. He made class very interactive emphasizing the concepts.

- Great concepts and frame works for the class to take into my agile team.
- The concrete concept will be helpful in keeping the agile team moving.

I think the class was great. It was a little dense at times but that may have had more to do with my lack of experience/ Thank you for the information.

The course description and online testimonials are accurate. The course ([with] Doug) met my expectations. The course itself had to be agile with the group of 20. Great example. The tip to read the book before attending class was dead on.

Excellent Course - passed my expectations. The budgeting and EV was worth the entire course, but I love all of it.
