Certified Scrum Master

The overall content was good, with a lot of great examples/analogies.
I thought, however, that we got off on tangents quite a bit--would've liked to complete the book.

I most appreciated Doug's depth of understanding and maturity in the topic, in human behavior, in business etc. and the influences they leverage on Scrum. I'm so happy to have received nuggets of wisdom and experience and guidance with flexible intelligence and NOT a prescribed list of rules and processes.

This was an AWESOME course! I've learned a great deal about SCRUM.

Great class. Doug was excellent. I learned a lot.

Absolutely worth the time and money. Cleared the way for my understanding of Scrum. I have read a great deal and much of the info was not standard/same. Doug had a great way to provoke, inform, engage and entertain. I learned far more than Scrum. (MY AMIGDILA HURTS)

Have a pre req. on topic Scrum and this class really focused on the role of Scrum master, techniques to use, building skills, etc.

I've taken other scrum training so it was nice to see a different approach on how to apply the principles.

Very good course! I learned a lot about the Scrum methodology and potential application of it. instructor was very good and used a variety of teaching methods to make learning effective.

Very complete and informative, using plenty of visual aids & models to drive the concepts home.
