Knowledge Gained Was Extensive

The knowledge I gained was extensive and invaluable. However, I wish Dan had covered how I can take the "less popular" ideas back to my organization for serious consideration.
Suggested improvements:
WIBNI [wouldn’t it be nice if] everyone understood that they are doing Scrum wrong and opened their minds to a new way, instead of spending so much time explaining how their way doesn't work?
