Excellent class, good exercises, good discussions, learned that it can be hard to stay in my role.
Suggested improvements:
Add a "notes" page (or two) into the WB [workbook]. Be wary of negativity around PM and waterfall - found myself feeling defensive and had to consciously let go of that.
